Separate three transport scenarios

• Arrival transfer: provide the confirmed service, date, arrival point, hotel address and luggage count. Confirm the meeting method, contact person, delay handling and included waiting time.
• Xiamen city day: list neighborhoods and attractions, then confirm service hours, pickup area, parking and overtime charges. Gulangyu activities need separate planning; a chartered car does not provide sightseeing transport on the island.
• Intercity travel: confirm same-day return or overnight stays in Quanzhou, Nanjing Tulou or other cities. Specify luggage handling, driver meals and accommodation, tolls and empty-return charges in the plan.

Confirm more than the seat count

• Provide the passenger count, luggage sizes and quantities, plus large items such as strollers or golf bags for assessment.
• Confirm driver service separately from guided commentary. Specify Traditional Chinese communication, cultural guiding or support in another language if needed.
• Confirm legal stopping points, luggage storage, driver arrangements at lunch and pricing for extra stops or route changes.
• Before booking, obtain written confirmation of dates, hours, route, vehicle or class, included services, cancellation terms and contact details.
